    my north face land size is north side 33'.3" south side 33'.6" east 79'.9" & west 81',shall I put north-west bed-room for my son.

      Hi sugunanaren garu

      As per Vasthu Head of family should be at south-west bed room...
      and north-west is appropriate bedroom for your son....

    Hi.. I am planning to construct a 3 BHK house soon. South side dimension is 30', north side 22', East side 55' and West side 57' ft. My architect has given a plan which has south east side guest room and kitchen just in the front of it. Master bed room in South west side and Kids room in North west side. Kitchen comes almost in the south east side just infront of guest room. Can I construct with this plan? Is it as per vastu?

      hi Nagaraj...
      Everything is fine with your plan..
      but kitchen should be on the South East corner and attached to the south wall..guest room is ok unless not to use often...
      and west side should be less than east side..or equal
      make the west 55'ft..

    Hi Rafi, I read your Vastu Notes and it's great suggestion. I appreciate your posts. I have a trapezoid plot but for vastu reason I am planning to construct only 33x55 area from it. Other West side area I left for Shop. Its North Facing . North and South 55 and East , West 30. Its corner plot. Both North and West have 30 feet Road. Can you please suggest a house Plan and what is best having 3BHK or more/less?
